Utility networks
Founded in 1994, EST GAZ S.R.L. specialises in design and technical consulting for buildings and building services. The name EST GAZ comes from the Romanian initials of our main fields: Electrice, Sanitare, Termice and Gaz (electrical, plumbing, thermal and gas).
The company produces technical designs and construction details for a wide range of projects: historic monuments; residential, industrial, healthcare, agricultural, commercial, office, public and educational buildings; road infrastructure and external works. Our work covers the design of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and finding technical solutions that are efficient, safe and tailored to each project.
We pay particular attention to energy efficiency and sustainable development, integrating heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, renewable energy sources and measures that reduce consumption. We also develop smart buildings through BMS and KNX automation, system monitoring and integrated energy management. Keeping pace with technology, we are exploring artificial intelligence (AI) to optimise HVAC operation, analyse consumption, enable predictive maintenance and improve energy performance.
IAQ and thermography: We assess indoor air quality and the performance of HVAC systems to optimise comfort and energy efficiency. We use thermal imaging for building energy audits, to identify heat losses and to inspect electrical switchboards and photovoltaic systems, helping to detect faults and improve operational safety.
